2009 PEE SIGHTINGS SUMMARY
My 17th annual summary of the women I saw pee outdoors in 2009.
Dear Readers,
the year's highlight was getting over 100 sightings again (104) for the 15th time and stopping the 2 year slide of declining sightings that led to a record low of 89 last year. But there is new futility, for the first time ever I didn't snap any new shots of ladies caught in the act, a fact not nearly as upsetting as I thought it would be before this year. More on these trends in their specific sections, which will also include the net sightings difference in each category from last year and where the changes came from. This year's net is +15, the difference between this year's 104 sightings and last year's 89.
MY 2009 SIGHTINGS YEAR:
A comeback year with 104 sightings, a photography vacation with no shots of
peeing ladies. The sightings came on 41 nights (39 weekend nights and 2 Thursday
nights, New Years' Eve last year and last week) for an average of 2.5 sightings
per night.
Most sightings in a night were 5, done 2 different nights (March and September)
so it was a year of trickle sightings with no big peeing nights.
There were 21 nights I went out and got no sightings, meaning 66% of the nights
I went out (2 of every 3 nights) I got a sighting...pretty good odds! Some
picture opportunities were there as I passed on 8 ladies I could have snapped
shots of, did have 14 puddle shots and 1 sightings video I shot this year. One
of the puddles was on the back of a lady's miniskirt from an apparent accident,
making it the most interesting shot of the year; would have been the most
interesting story if I'd actually seen how that wet spot got there!
Getting sightings was like pulling teeth this year, the passion-charged really
desperate ladies were few and far between: an occasional lady would go and take
an intense piss, but often with no indication she had to pee before doing so.
Lots of women expressing a strong need to pee ended up holding it and leaving or
going in somewhere to use a bathroom.
The environment has changed, more ladies who peed were guarded or did it in
places/positions that didn't provide revealing peeks which is the main reason
for the drop in shots this year. So many toned-down sightings that it doesn't
seem like there were 104 sightings.
TOTAL SIGHTINGS:
104 sightings in 2009, 15 more than 2008's 89 sightings (17% increase). Overall
I have 2289 documented sightings in 17 years, a yearly average of 134.6
sightings that is down 2 from 2008's overall 136.6 average. This year's 104
total ranks 14th most out of my 17 sightings years.
THE LADIES WHO PEED:
78 were white (75%), 13 were black (12.5%), 9 were Hispanic (8.6%), and 4 of
other races (3.8%). Net numbers: 10 more black ladies, 3 more Hispanic ladies, 3
more ladies of other races and 1 fewer white lady peed than last year for the
net gain of 15 sightings. Age-wise the area continues to be dominated by
twenty-somethings, again I didn't see many older ladies pee. ATTIRE Jeans remain
the top peeing attire, with 53 (51%). Short dress/short skirt was 2nd with 32
(30.8%), 9 ladies in non-denim pants (8.6%), 5 ladies wore shorts (4.8%), 3 wore
leggings (2.9%), 1 wore a long skirt/long dress (1%), 1 wore other attire (1%).
Net numbers: 7 more ladies who peed wore a short skirt/short dress than last
year, 6 more wore jeans, 3 more wore leggings, 1 more other attire; the same
number wore a long skirt/long dress, same number wore non-denim pants, and 2
fewer wore shorts for the net gain of 15 sightings.
BIG BLADDERS:
The ladies who peed longer than 30 seconds, or peed visible puddles that were
bigger than the average puddle size of what most ladies make. Just 9 big pisses
in 2009, 8.6% of the sightings and down from 15 last year and 16.8% of the
sightings. Both are still well below my 17-year averages of 34 big pisses per
year and 25.3% of the sightings. The most ladies ever had small bladders this
year (around 80%), meaning quick pisses and few shot opportunities.
WHO LADIES WERE WITH WHEN THEY PEED:
Who was actually there with peeing ladies, close enough to see or hear them
doing it? This includes others who peed with a lady or stood guard for her, does
not include people who waited some distance away while the lady went to a
different spot and peed. 45 ladies had another lady with them when they peed
outside (43.27%), 28 were alone (26.92%), 16 were with a boyfriend/husband,
(15.38%), 12 with a group of men and women (11.54%), and 32 were the only lady
in a group of men (2.88%). Net numbers: 11 more ladies peed with another lady, 5
more in a M/F group, 3 more peed alone, 1 more lady in a group of men, while 5
fewer with a boyfriend/husband peed for the net gain of 15 sightings.
WHEN AND WHERE:
72 sightings were on Saturday night/Sunday morning (69.23%), 27 on Friday
night/Saturday morning (25.96%), 5 sightings Thursday nights (New Years'
morn/eve 09), (4.8%). Net: 25 more sightings on Saturday night, 5 more sightings
Thursday night; 14 fewer sightings on Friday nights, 1 fewer sighting Tuesday
night for the net gain of 15. Saturday nights really exploded while Friday
nights dropped off, Saturday night was the clear winner for going-out night as
people cut back because of having less money from the sluggish economy.
Time-wise, the 2 a.m. hour continues as the busiest pee hour but had 1 fewer
sighting than last year 51 (49.04%), 1 a.m. was next with 42 (40.38%); midnight
10 (9.62%), 11 p.m. 1 (.96). Hourly net: The 1 a.m. hour had 11 more sightings
than last year, the midnight hour 4 more, the 11 p.m. hour 1 more, while the 2
a.m. hour had 1 fewer sighting for the net gain of 15 sightings. Combining days
and times, the Sunday 2 a.m. hour (Saturday night) remains the busiest with 36
sightings, Saturday 2 a.m. (Friday night) 15, Sunday 1 a.m. 31, Saturday 1 a.m.
11, Saturday midnight hour 1, Sunday midnight 5, Thursday midnight 4, Thursday
11 p.m. 1. Day/time net: Sunday 1 a.m. had 15 more sightings than last year,
Sunday 2 a.m. had 6 more, Sunday midnight 4 more, Thursday midnight 4 more,
Thursday 11 p.m. 1 more, while Saturday 2 a.m. had 7 fewer sightings, Saturday 1
a.m. 4 less, Saturday midnight 3 less, and Tuesday midnight 1 less for the net
gain of 15 sightings.
Monthly: September led the way again with 18 sightings, June 16, July 11,
May 10, April 8, October 8, and March 8, August 7, November 7, February 6,
January 4 and December 1.
Monthly net: 9 months had more sightings than last year, led by July with
6 more sightings. February had 5 more, March 5 more, November 5 more, January 3
more, October 3 more, April 2 more, June 2 more, and December 1 more. August had
a surprising 11 fewer sightings than last year, May 5 less, and September 1 less
for the net gain of 15 sightings. Only 4 months exceeded their 17-year sightings
average this year (February, March, September and November). 1 month hit it
(April), while the other 7 months finished below their sightings averages. July
still is my top sightings month by a fingernail over August with a 20.53 average
to 20.18, 349 sightings overall to August's 343. But both months continue their
free-fall as sightings during those months continue to disappear, their averages
down 3 sightings over what they were 3 years ago. This is still the main
unsolved mystery for me, why sightings are disappearing in these 2 summer months
which still have the year's biggest crowds overall. August mysteriously dropped
off this year, September remains my most consistently productive sightings
month.
BUSIEST LOCATIONS:
Alleys/dumpsters led with 53 sightings (50.96%), parking lots 24 (23.08%),
sidewalk/driveway 8 (7.69%), tree/bush/grass 4 (5.55%), beside a building 5
(4.89%), on or near steps 7 (6.73%), parking garage 3 (2.88%).
Net numbers: 17 more ladies peed in alleys this year, 4 more on or near
steps, 3 more in parking garages, 2 more in parking lots while 5 fewer used a
tree/bush/grass, 3 fewer on sidewalks/driveways, 2 fewer by a building, 1 fewer
in another location for the net 15 more sightings.
LOCATIONS: Ladies peed in 39 different spots/areas this year, up from 28
last year. The year's top spot: An alley and parking lot on the block north of
the RTD station block had 21 sightings - 20.2% of my total sightings. The RTD
block was 2nd with 18 (17.3%). These were also the 2 top spots last year,
flip-flopped. The RTD block led with 22 sightings (24.7%), this alley/parking
lot had 19 sightings (21.3%). Both spots had 1 more sighting in 2008 than this
year, with 15 fewer sightings in 2008 they were a higher percentage of the
year's sightings than they were this year. PICTURES: A surprise and
disappointment this year, no new shots. Just 1 in the last 2 years, where have
all my shots gone? My picture average has dropped to 14 shots a year from being
as high as 28 per year back in 1995.
2006 was the last year I got 14 shots and I've snapped just 6 total in the 3
years since. Since getting my first digital camera 3 years ago I've snapped a
lot of "accessory" shots, puddle shots and 'after sightings' shots of ladies who
made those puddles, 16 of them this year plus my first distant 'sightings video'
that I could consider being like 1 shot. She was too far away for a shot, which
was why I tried shooting video - I had nothing to lose since it was that or
nothing.
My sightings area has changed over the years and so have I. The biggest change
is there are nowhere near as many ladies peeing openly as there used to be in my
big picture years when the shots were plentiful and now that I've snapped 240
shots I have gotten pickier and am looking for revealing sightings that would be
great shots and passing up average sightings that I snapped shots of in past
years and there's a 3rd factor: the increased police presence in the area. More
cops are in the area every year, now in parts of the area they didn't used to
cover. I'm not going to risk snapping a lady with cops nearby unless she or her
piss are super-sexy and those are the kinds of sightings I haven't seen much of
the last few years. So all things considered, I am not at all upset about not
having snapped any shots this year.
Sightings and Picture Highlights: Picture stories typically top this
list, this year being no exception despite no caught-in-the-act shots. 2 shots
come to mind: an after-shot of a lady who peed in a parking lot and unknowingly
wet the back of her dress and my first partial-sightings video I shot of a lady
who peed on the RTD block. Both sightings were in August:
1) 8-2-09: At the food cart outside the parking lot across the street
from the RTD block, I saw a lady run from the crowd into the parking lot and
squat down between 2 cars in the row by the sidewalk while a friend stood guard
behind her in the gap, looking down at her peeing friend. I saw her thin stream
run out from underneath the car to the sidewalk outside the lot, about 10
seconds later the pretty blonde stands up in front of her friend pulling up her
panties under her blue short dress. The back bottom of her dress was clinging to
her butt and her panties went up over them, she reached back and pulled the back
of her dress out of her panties and pulled them up under her dress and walked
back out to the crowd by the food cart. She was drunk and her friend held her
arm as they walked, I walked up behind her to snap a shot because I liked seeing
her have to break down and pee. She staggered and fell behind the group and I
snapped her shot, was shocked when I looked at her shot later and saw she had
peed on the back bottom of her short blue dress! She was not aware of it, the
dress clung to her butt and part of it was under her squatted butt and peehole
when she let her stream loose and she didn't realize she peed through it. I
found this incredibly sexy and would have loved to see her reaction when she
discovered what she had done!
2) 8-16-09: At the RTD block a 20's couple walked up on the patio area
from the crowds walking by. The lady, a slim blonde wearing a short black dress
carrying a white long-strapped purse over her shoulder, was walking fast and
visibly tense. She headed straight across the grass to the back area by the pee
sidewalk, stopping short of the sidewalk. She started looking around unsure of
where to go, now it was clear she was the one who had to pee - and she verified
it by crossing her thighs with a pained look on her face. She turned to face me
(near the terminal building about 40 feet away) and hiked up her dress and
squatted down over the grass, near a small light pole so she was well lit. I
could see her white panties in her crotch area, she pulled down the back of them
and started peeing in the grass. I was frozen because she was facing me and
staring at me, the boyfriend looked at me and moved over in front of her to
block my view. I pulled out the camera and quickly set it to movie mode and
started filming, by that time she was just about finished and I got the end of
her piss and her standing up and pulling her dress back down. She and her
boyfriend walked back out to and around the terminal building back to their
waiting friends on the sidewalk, about a 15 second piss. The video is just under
12 seconds, starts with her squatted and just finishing and standing up and
pulling her dress down before she and her boyfriend walk across the grass around
the far end of the terminal building. I rate the video a 'C', it's dark and her
image is small from me being so far away and I started filming late: OK for a
first effort. Looking forward to shooting a better one someday, getting a lady's
entire outdoor piss from start to finish - a tall and risky order, but I'll try
if an opportunity presents itself!
2010 Outlook: This year is a question
mark for me. I'm pretty sure I'll be out less in 2010, certainly won't be out as
much in bad/cold weather. I think the fortunes of this year will be determined
by the summer months, if they snap out of their 3-year funk and start producing
sightings numbers around 20 it'll be a great year - otherwise 100 sightings will
be difficult to muster.
Oktoberfest will be gone, leaving a big hole in my September sightings. I'll
take it week-to-week and month-to-month this year, I've accomplished about
everything I could accomplish with my sightings work and continue to do it
because I manage to keep it fun and exciting.
Sightings vacation time now, sporadic outings until the spring and warmer
weather. I'll write again when I have any interesting news or new sightings to
report.
